This is the Viewing Lounge aboard the ship. It has the same functions as this device.. in that it can also simulate landscapes.

Hehe, yeah, a lot of the ship is pretty monotone with black and white. [ nothing can compare to colorful liyue tbh ] Well, the Rec Room is pretty colorful. And there are a lot of plants and aquariums in the lobby.
