[ there's a brief buzz of puzzlement. as if, when they had bit him, they would suddenly get all the answers they needed. what the purpose of this task really was for, what it meant, was it actually okay-- but then there's the burst of surprise from Jonas and they jump a little as they blink up at him, eyes a bit wide. okay, well now there's a wave of fret. ]

I'd understand if it was just something like hugging. Biting really is weird.. [ well, the feel of amusement at least reassures them enough fortunately. at least now, they won't have to worry about needing to do this later. ]
