[ at the sound of someone else coming in, they of course glance up. once they realize it's Jonas do they turn a little from where they sit at the pool edge. their feet are dipping a lil in the water. we are here with lil kickies. ]

At least we don't have to worry about them getting locked out tonight. [ that's just on thursdays now. imagine if i said setsu suddenly accrued hate for asking the question. but anyway they don't. jonas is letting one foot sort of move in a circle in the water even when he looks at them. ] I'm okay. I wasn't sure we would actually get the right answer, but we did. It sucks for their team but that's the risk Yang Guifei knew might happen if she got caught. It was just...with a lot of stress for everyone else.
We were lucky this time around. With how many people are putting it to a vote, we could have potentially chosen the wrong team. [ bad! ] So assuming it keeps happening... it would be ideal to guess the correct one every time.

Setsu glances up to meet his gaze when Jonas looks at them. taking that opportunity to try and see if he really is okay. of course, they don't know Jonas well enough to be able to know his tells... so for now they hope he is okay. ]

Admittedly, I'm not sure what team would try and cover someone in their group potentially erasing someone... Ideal, yeah, but I wonder if it'll stay that way. People might pick other teams to vote for just because they don't like a person. So even if they aren't guilty, if someone's feeling petty enough...who would stop them from voting that way? We'll just have to do what we can to avoid that.

[ thank you for those thoughts, jonas. it's hard to say what his tells even are. jonas himself might not even know them, but for now he seems to be doing better than he was toward the end of the trial. ] If she followed the rules in the book they shouldn't have. The whole...don't tell anyone in the spirit of the trial thing. And it's too soon for anyone to know people too well, too. Members of her team were saying she couldn't have been responsible, but how would they know?
If it's just a few select people that do that, their numbers shouldn't be enough to cause a huge difference. However, I agree that we should do what we can to avoid it. The risks should be at the very least a good enough reminder to try and follow through with the proper votes.

That's true. ..Though, I've been thinking more about how it may go in the weeks to come. The perks with Healing Aura will be very strong for any of those potentially interested in following the steps of erasing another. [ it's obvious Setsu was a bit frustrated with the number of people turning away from strip check in trial :pensive: ] Injuries would be a very easy tell if not for that.

If we have to, we'll follow up with people during trials themselves and remind them they should be voting for the right team and not just out of spite for whatever's going on or as a strategic to eliminate someone else entirely. Shouldn't be too hard.

I'm not saying any of us are going to go out and erase people but...even we have an advantage now that we could use to transfer injuries to somebody else and get rid of evidence on us. So even if there were injuries, we would have to verify where they came from, I guess.
