No... I can't even begin to think of what it could be. I thought the curses were already random enough. Though, these seem to be pretty consistent from the start to the end of the week. [ they glance briefly to their held hands. ] The first one was something with physical contact, and this being connection... Maybe there's a pattern to it?
It's a little weird that it's something that can affect all of us like this. Even yesterday that sickness missed a couple of us. [ he's only brainstorming because it's an easy thing to do to keep his mind off of the other bad parts of the last couple of days. ]
So maybe tomorrow it'll be a different kind of connection. Like...I don't know, mind-reading? [ which sounds terrible, actually. ] I'm not sure what would come next in a pattern like that.
The sickness did, but those hallucinations did not... [ they do not shut down or turn away from the brainstorming. after all, it's what Setsu does best. gather the information they have, talk it out, trying to learn more from it. they take to it readily! ]

Speaking of lost control... since it's been a few days since that Thursday excursion I went on, I've realized that I had some of my... emotions? Taken from me that day. I didn't realize it at the moment, but after a day it became a bit more obvious.
[ just.. as a note. ] ..If another excursion happens again, it might be good for people to know that there's more than just the possibility of being severely injured. [ nothing like emotional and mental damage yippee. ]
[ hm. well, that's not great. he pauses for a minute to ruminate on that for a second before settling on a little sigh. ]
Do you remember which ones you were missing? I mean it might not matter but...just wondering. If another trip happens, we should be on guard for any other signs of changes. I don't disagree with that. The only problem is that we may not know each other well enough to be able to really tell the difference for some time.
...My bravery, perhaps? [ which is said quietly, contemplating with a focused stare ahead of them. ] I just remember feeling nothing but fear after we were bound during that trip.

That's true... I couldn't really say what the others lost, but at least it's something to keep watch for even if we can't tell. [ even if no one was aware of what was happening, the company was important they think. oh well ] But, that's about all I had left to offer updates on.
I think anybody would've been scared to be in the position you guys were in, lack of bravery or not. Somehow that just makes it worse though.

I guess the question is if they lost anything at all, or if it was only some of you. [ because that's another problem otherwise. ] It's more information than we had. I still kind of hate that we had to find out this way, but...it's good to know just in case this happens again.

Tasks on Wednesday, potential excursion on Thursday along with erasure night... Friday investigations, Saturday trial with further investigations, then the execution on Sunday... [ ... ] Our schedule really is packed.
And don't forget new places beyond the barriers on Monday and potentially new rules on Tuesday. The only time there's really a chance to take a break is after the erasure on Sunday.
